Wilton Classes Held Over until next week...

Hey Everyone-

The Wilton classes scheduled to start this weekend have been held over and will start next weekend. So you still have time to sign up for summer classes. The new dates and times are as follows:

June 6 Thursday - Gum Paste & Fondant , Course 3 from 1-3 pm

June 8 Saturday- Flowers & Cake Design, Course 2 from 10am-12 pm

June 9 Sunday- Decorating Basics, Course 1 from 1-3 pm

Hey Everyone-

For those of you who love your Kindle , there is a free service out there called www.BookGorilla.com that will email you daily with a customized list of free or very low cost books for your Kindle. Today as I was downloading my free books, I found a free book you bakers might really like....

 

I have not tried the book yet but, there are a bunch of cute simple ideas inside for "cut up cakes". And heck you can't really beat free cook books can you?

I am a little under the weather today. So no classes are being held today at Michael's.

1. The Course 3 class is cancelled and will be rescheduled next month.  Or you can choose from one of the other classes on my schedule.

2. Course 2 scheduled for 1:00 pm today is being held over - we will start this one on Thursday, May 9 at 1:00 pm.
